Abstract :
Coping with the information asymmetry of eco-industrial park plays a significant role in EIPs planning, construction and sustainable development. This paper presented a systematic methodology for coping with the information asymmetry in EIPs planning, construction and sustainable development, based on analyzing the information flow and its asymmetry phenomena, as well as the impact on EIPs construction and sustainable development. This systematic methodology contains 8 steps: background survey in planning region (environment, society, economy); information network analysis of the EIPs; assessment and adaptability analysis of the information connection among the industrial network; advantages and disadvantages of the information connection of the EIPs; improve the information network construction of the EIPs; construct the information management system of the EIPs; improve the information infrastructure; ultimately improve the efficiency of the information flow of the EIPs. And the corresponding measures are also proposed according to China´s status and policies of EIPs.
