Abstract
This paper presents an architecture and an organization of a telecommunication management system that permits an overall management of heterogeneous connected networks. The architecture is based on the integrated management concept i.e. integrating management functionalities of heterogeneous connected networks. The approach described is based on the works undertaken by the OSI and CCITT organisations on network management. This work has been undertaken with the PRISM Laboratory of Versailles-St Quentin University. Part of this work was supported by the RACE 2059 ICM (Integrated Communication Management) project of the CEC RACE II programme
