Study on Analysis of Steel Wheel´s Fatigue Life

Based on the LBF steel wheel biaxial fatigue life test standards of European, we studied the biaxial fatigue life of steel wheel. The FEA model of the steel wheel´s biaxial fatigue test was established. Based on the actual steel wheel biaxial fatigue bench test, the process of FEA and fatigue analysis under the conditions of multi-load was established, too. The wheel fatigue regions got in biaxial fatigue test matched the actual test results well. The works established a foundation for further study on wheel fatigue used biaxial test and provided a basis for the steel wheel´s design and manufacture, which also can enhance the products reliability.
