Abstract
This research intended to explore the relationship between local residents´ attitudes to ecotourism development and theirs demands in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The results indicated that residents´ socio-demographic factors had a correlation with their perception of tourism impact; residents´ community attachment had a correlation with their perception of tourism impact; residents´ community attachment had a correlation with their attitude to ecotourism development; residents´ perception of tourism impact had a correlation with their attitude to ecotourism development. And some suggestions were put forward that are residents´ training, residents ´ empowering, community benefits-making and community management.
