Abstract :
The origins of QEST in these diverse communities are reflected in the wide range of topics in the call and the great variety of the submitted and accepted papers. This, of course, makes the selection process challenging but also stimulating. The reviewing process culminating in the physical meeting was a great educational experience for the PC. We hope that the present program reflects the vision of the founders of QEST to enrich the research community by combining diversity of approaches with shared interests
