Abstract :
Service industry productivities of eleven major cities in Hebei province are deeply analyzed in terms of related statistic data in 2008 abased on DEA method in this paper. The returns to scale and input surplus are also studied and the reasons of comparatively low efficiency for some cities are provided for improving service industry competitiveness of Hebei Province and optimizing industrial structure of the region.
