Abstract :
This paper presents the ICT components and tools that will be developed to optimize the design and perform realtime energy management of low carbon districts in the context of the EC-funded RESILIENT project. This ICT framework will provide all needed ICT support to the various stakeholders, including energy experts, business experts, pilot managers, endusers, and will be validated in the context of three real pilot demonstrators.
