The Chronbach Alpha was used for reliability analysis of the tested variables and the mean for the average scores of the respondents for each variable assessment. 94% of the responded agreed that Huawei (Tanzania) Tech. Co is well adapted both it´s micro and macro environment factors and it employs the appropriate integration mechanisms which enhance the firm to increase it´s stake. The micro - macro environmental factors model for integration frame work has been proposed as a continuous chain reaction overlapping one another very systematical and thus any gap between the chains led to malfunction of the firm´s exploration. The study disclosed the two firms entered earlier in to the Tanzania market declined its market share but the reasons of its declining have been not studied in this paper.
