Abstract :
In this paper, a new technique for dynamic spectrum management of a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA)/Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) heterogeneous system is introduced. The solution is obtained using coloring theory, and significantly reduces the complexity of spectrum management.
