Abstract :
We propose a strategy to track blood volume in cine MR image sequences, based on the multiscale watershed algorithm that provides an indexed hierarchy of each frame. We track a class in a sequence, obtained by user interaction without much effort, and refined by hierarchical addition and suppression operations. A class is a video object in each frame that represents the region of interest.
