The Analysis of Chinese Public Cultural Service System Efficiency Improvement from the Perspective of Strategic Networks

This article introduces the current situation and progress of the construction of public cultural service system of China, and analyzes Chinese public cultural service system from the perspective of strategy network. The strategic network development path and key elements of Chinese public cultural service system are discussed. We give conclusions that through introduction of core node, developing the digital network around the core node as the information center, to achieve complementarity between the various nodes exchanging information, sharing resource, are the key elements to improve the integral efficiency of Chinese public cultural service system.
