Abstract :
A method is presented for studying the exact controllability of semilinear distributed systems. The method combines the HUM method of J.L. Lions (1988) and a fixed-point argument. The exact boundary controllability for the semilinear wave equation is proved when the nonlinearity is Lipschitz continuous
