Abstract
To make sure the safe and reliable sealing in the deep sea instrument cabin and avoid sealing failure caused by experience design, a finite element model is built to simulate the rectangular sealing groove and triangular sealing groove respectively. The influence of pre-compression rate and contact surface angle to sealing performance is analyzed, and the rectangular sealing groove and the triangular sealing groove are compared.
