Abstract

Based on the analysis of influence factors of sustainable competitiveness in the regional manufacturing SMEs, the article establishes the evaluation index system of sustainable competitiveness of regional manufacturing SMEs. Empirical research on sustainable competitiveness of manufacturing SMEs of 30 provinces has been done by collecting statistical data of 30 provinces and using principal component analysis (PCA). Empirically evaluating sustainable competitiveness of manufacturing SMEs in Heilongjiang has been made by comparing the other provinces Area. And corresponding suggestion of advancing sustainable competitiveness of Heilongjiang manufacturing SMEs has been proposed on the basis of the empirical research´s results.
