Abstract
On the base of the input-output table of China (2007), the paper take intermediate input characteristics, the most essential features of the producer services, as the starting point, by considering the intermediate demand rate, intermediate input rate, influence coefficient, sensitivity coefficients and China´s actual situation, classify the service industry according to the intensity characteristics of intermediate input in order to identify China´s Producer Services. Analyze their respective output growth rates of the sub-sectors with foreign direct investment enterprises, Hong Kong or Macao-invested enterprises and domestic enterprises by means of ANOVA to assess the effect of FDI on the growth of producer services in China. The conclusion is that FDI on China´s productive service sector did not significantly affect output growth. As a result, the important channel that FDI in China´s producer services will produce the positive effect to the national economic growth and the restructuring of overall economy has not been achieved.
