Abstract :
We present a novel sensor based on an Organic Field Effect Transistor (OFET) for DNA detection. The measure does not need any labeling step and the readout signal is an electric current. The device´s working mechanism does not depend on the materials used for its fabrication. Successful experiments proved the feasibility of the approach.
