Items and Process Management of Libraries´ Digital Information Service - A Case Study on Tsinghua University Library Homepage and Its Academic Information Resource Portal

[Purpose] We carry on a research to study the optimization of the items and process management of libraries´ digital information service. [Method] By examining Tsinghua University Library Homepage and Academic Information Resource Portal from the perspective of items and process management of libraries´ digital information service, authors analyze the status of items and process management of libraries´ digital information service. [Results] Our results show that the items and process management of Tsinghua University Library has many advantages, but there is still rooms for improvement. [Conclusion] Based on the analysis, we provide advices for improving service items and process management.
