Abstract :
Based the value stream of lean service, "Lean Service" wastes are proposed. They including (1) "Service Design" waste, (2) "Service Item" waste, (3) "Service Ability" waste, (4) "Service Process" waste , and (5)"Service Delay" waste. The conclusion puts forward the application of "Lean Service" wastes and the theoretic foundation for promoting lean service.
