Abstract

This paper adopts accelerated genetic algorithm and projection pursuit method of combining model and selects 15 chief accountants of leading enterprises as research samples to comprehensive quality assessment of accounting personnel.The results achieves that make the analysis of the complex problem through optimal cube projection direction into a one-dimensional vector for analysis and draw the assessment rankings of 15 chief accountants among all obtained,,at the same time, reflect the importance of various evaluation indicators for the evaluation of the entire population by optimizing the projection direction. Further we analysis the reasons of differences of the generated overall quality between the accounting staff and the measures of improving the overall quality of accounting staff.
