Abstract :
The power quality issues nowadays subjected to the distribution network is the most concern due to employing power electronics and control equipment in the residential, commercial, industry and a grid connected solar plant. This paper presents the practical measurement at seven different locations of 11 kV distribution network in Brunei Darussalam. From the measurements, it is found that the individual harmonic voltage distortion (%) and total harmonic distortion (%) are below the IEEE 519-1992 standard. In addition, the current and voltage THD (%) of the neutral phase are higher than the IEEE 519-1992 standard.
