Abstract :
To strengthen enterprise performance management can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises. By analyzing the factors affecting enterprise performance, on the basis of enterprise development, staff satisfaction from three dimensions which are friendly with the social enterprise performance evaluation index and a decision tree evaluation model is established. Applying this model to Zaozhuang Mining Group, we have find out the effects of enterprise performance and the key factors, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
