Abstract :
IC-card (contactless smart card)´s IC-chip can be realized various field´s application and a high level of function. Information´s storage capacity of IC-chip configuration larger than an existing magnetic configuration´s storage capacity. Japan´s IC-Card (Felica: Sony) is a sort of multi-function card systems which has devised to resolve many payment problems, to improve public payment services, to build advanced transit information systems, to encourage reasonable operation of the public transit companies, and to obtain basic information for devising public policies. Japan´s IC-card is applied to various kinds of technology and services in Japan. In this paper, we discuss trend analysis, user behavior, effectiveness, new system study in Japan´s IC-card system. So this study would contribute to public payment´s study of RFID technology and valuable new study of IC-card technology.
