Abstract
A new in vitro exposure setup has been developed to expose cells in Petri dishes on a large frequency band (500 MHz to 5 GHz). The illumination is a far field irradiation made with a horn antenna in an anechoic chamber, and the setup has been designed to agitate the biological solution in the Petri dishes in order to obtain a homogeneous SAR in the Petri dishes. The incubator has got a cooling water system to have constant temperature inside the setup. An accurate dosimetry has been done to take into account all the reflections due to the incubator.
