Abstract :
Beginning with the conception of service encounter and using theories of interface management, this paper analyzes the features of service encounters in retail banking, hospitality industry and retail trade industry under the condition of technological advance, puts forward the concept of Forward Service Encounter and Backward Service Encounter, and then build the extended theater service model under the condition of technological advance.
