Abstract :
The hotel industry is one of typical industry in service trades. Whether internal employees or external customers, "people" is its main elements. With the improvement of human understanding of nature, the concept of sustainable development has added a new meaning to a number of management theories. The author analyzed specifically the conflict and the connection between "Land Ethics"(a management ethics) and "People-Oriented"(a management philosophy), proposed the new understanding of "People Oriented", and pointed out the need to improve the understanding of human from the "social people " to "natural people " until "ecological people", hope to further improve the "people-oriented" management philosophy.
