Abstract :
Several factors might affect team innovation. However, it would be of great help to thoroughly understand the effects of different factors on team innovation. Based on an extensive review of literature, 20 factors that might affect team innovation were picked from previous studies. Through expert survey, the researchers utilized grey relational analysis (GRA) to investigate the importance of those factors. According to the results of GRA, the researchers prioritized several critical factors of team innovation. Those critical factors could be used for further studies to construct comprehensive models and to explore relationships among those factors and team innovation.
