Abstract :
This article analyses the housing models of Hong Kong and American, and researches the traits of services, put forward a model to the housing policy in China, which include two parts, we treat housing as a commodity, we let the market to decide their price; we treat housing as a necessity, we can turn them to a public service. The article focuses on the servitization of housing in China and the policy of public housing services.
