Abstract :
In this study, we conducted experiments in order to explore the effect of different types of reinforcement training scenarios in neurofeedback applications on users´ performance. Ten healthy subjects (5 males, 5 females, aged 21-25 year old) participated in the experiment. In the first scenario, the designed virtual face smiles and becomes happier when the user becomes more relax which leads to obtaining positive scores. However, the second scenario works in inverse way. The result, yielded significant differences in subjects´ performances over experimental period and show that employing positive induced scenarios are correlated with better performance indices (p<;0.05).
