Abstract :
Local government´s public service quality management performance has four fuzziness features: the complexity of performance structure, the non-marketing output of service quality, the non-discreteness of management performance, the uncertain boundary of management performance. So the fuzzy comprehensive model based on the fuzzy mathematics theory becomes the realistic choice to measure its performance. In this paper, we attempted to design the index system in four dimensions: operation performance, customer satisfaction degree, and tried to intercept the index system of operation performance to fix the weight of the corresponding first-level indicators and second-level indicators with the method of experts´ opinion, empirically analyzed the local governments´ public service quality management performance with the model of fuzzy comprehensive measurement.
