Abstract :
This volume contains the proceedings of the 2009 Spanish Conference on Electron Devices (7a Conferencia de Dispositivos Electronicos) held at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela on February 11¿13, 2009. Over the years, the conference has become the main national forum for discussions on the current trends and future directions in the field of electronic devices. This conference is the continuation of others previously celebrated in Barcelona (1997), Madrid (1999), Granada (2001), Calella de la Costa (Barcelona, 2003), Tarragona (2005) and San Lorenzo de El Escorial (Madrid, 2007). The scientific program of the conference is organised in a single¿session format and comprises 5 invited lectures, 40 contributed talks and 102 poster presentations. The program covers the following topics: 1. Materials, technology and process simulation (25 contributions); 2. Device modelling and simulation (40 contributions); 3. Characterisation and reliability (11 contributions); 4. Sensors, actuators, microsystems and MEMS (26 contributions); 5. Photovoltaic, optoelectronic devices and displays (21 contributions); 6. Micro and nanodevices (8 contributions); and 7. RF, microwave and power devices (11 contributions).
