The Employment Effection of Services Industry

Focuses on the theme of employment effections in service industry, especially in the general service industry, this paper discusses influencing factors and analysis their effections on service industry employment, and makes an empirical analysis between service industry employment and influencing factors with 1990-2008 data of china, the research indicated that the increase of national income level, urbanization level and average wages will be beneficial to the promotion of employment capacity of service industry, and shows a significant characteristics of increasing economies of scale ; The labor productivity level and the unfairness of the distribution of national income have significant negative effect on service industry employability. Finally, for the structural imbalance in the labor market under the China´s industrial structure upgrading background, put forward the corresponding Policy recommendations about how to improve the employment capacity problem in general services industry.
