Abstract
Tourism industry has excellent prospects in 21 Century because it contributes to GDP, provides employee positions, and be denoted as smokeless industry, etc. So, tourism industry takes pivotal roles in the whole economy. Hotels are the most important component in tourism industry. To enhance the running efficiency of hotels, we need to know the performance of hotels. A comprehensive evaluation methodology, named as Cross-efficiency DEA, is applied to measure the performance of hotels. By using the calculation results, we can rank the performance level of different hotels.
