Abstract :
Establishing Emergency Rescue Force System of Public Crisis is an important portion of emergency management. Through explaining the ideological problems of establishing emergency rescue force system in public crisis, the paper reviews the supporting theories of establishing emergency rescue force system. It provides the necessary theoretical basis and practical orientation for research and implementation of emergency rescue force system.
