Service has become a key to the success of a company , so does in the online-shopping , in order to improve the e-service quality and gain more economic benefits of Taobao Mall , Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate , Firstly calculate the weighted value through AHP , then use Fuzzy method analyze the example , eventually the reliability of the evaluation system is proved through examples.
