Abstract :
According to advance technologies, portable medical devices lead our societies to the world of ubiquitous healthcare, so people may monitor their health at home. When a pervasive computing system is implemented, there are three main components that should be considered: compactness, mobility and security. This paper offers a u-health security solution from system structure level to the application level by using 2D barcodes. Hopefully, in the near future, patients can use their cellular phones to remind for taking medication, visiting doctor appointments, and checking drug information. Moreover, it can be used for PC, ATM, and network access control as well as for transaction on security systems.
