Abstract :
The paper is concerned with the development of the 3 millimeter wave solid state Doppler radar and using the radar for fog and precipitation parameters measurements. The radar is full solid state CW instrument with a sinusoidal frequency modulation. The sounding range is up to 1 km and relative distance resolution is 10%. Backscattering spectra from a weak rain are presented
