This paper analyzes three factors that influence team members´ knowledge sharing behavior in complex product development which are self-efficacy, trust and outcome expectation. Then study assumption and study model are put forwarded, and influencing effect that above factors on team members´ knowledge sharing behavior in complex product development are discussed empirically using statistics method, at last conclusions are gained that self efficacy, trust and outcome expectation are all positively affected team members´ knowledge sharing behavior respectively in complex product development.
