  • Abstract
Development of Industrial cluster depends on the comprehensive effects of endogenous gathering dynamic and discrete repulsion force. The internal mechanism model is constructed in two dimensions above, and carried on an empirical test. The results showed that inter-organizational learning improved the growth of industrial cluster through increasing endogenous gathering dynamic, while the discrete repulsion force could weaken the learning effects because of the inter-organizational learning system and the mechanism of generating new knowledge influenced, so that the cluster growth was affected. It is suggested that dynamic system of inter-organizational learning and the mechanism of generating new knowledge be established to reduce the negative effects of discrete repulsion force and to effectively enhance the endogenous dynamic to promote cluster growth; meanwhile, on the one hand, the cluster boundaries should be extended to strengthen the cooperative learning of local network and cross-regional network; on the other hand, the localized knowledge should be updated and developed to promote the upgrading of industry clusters.
