  • Abstract
    Papers from our low carbon economic and technological locked-in phenomenon, analyzed low carbon economy technology locked-in reasons. Aiming at the present situation of the development of low carbon technology proposed low carbon technologies locked-in the breakthrough point. This paper also puts forward the corresponding technology leapfrogging path and technology along-track path, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for solving two paths.
