Abstract
Intellectual property has been one of the most critical factors for a nation to boost its competitiveness. As the core of intellectual property, patent serves as the foundation for developing and operating intellectual property and building the innovation capacity of the country. Above all, the formation and development of educational pattern for patent vocational community is particularly critical. This paper focuses on the base of formation of patent vocation community, and the challenges faced by patent professionals, as well as their career options. And then it analyzes the shortcomings existed in China´s current educational modes for Patent Professionals. At the end, it provides suggestions for developing new educational patterns for patent vocational community.
