Abstract
The results of theoretical estimation of relationship between the absolute values of radar cross section and brightness temperature, as well as between the variances of these absolute values, due to changes of wind speed and sea surface wave principle characteristics are presented. Cross polarization microwave active-passive method of detection and identification, as well as combined in space and in time X-band radar-radiometer detector-identifier of some anomalous formations, originated on sea surface due to changes of wind wave spectrum different components, are developed
