Abstract
According to knowledge transfer theory and the characteristics of enterprise technology alliance, we empirically research on knowledge transfer of enterprise technology alliance to promote the development of high-tech industry after qualitative analysis on the basis of previous research results. By using production function model, we mainly use panel data between 2000-2009 years from 26 provinces and cities on knowledge transfer of high-tech industries related to the indicators of effectiveness for empirical analysis. The results indicate that: Knowledge transfer of enterprise technology alliance can promote the development of high-tech industry to some extent. But due to the regional economic imbalances, causing technology alliance enterprise knowledge transfer utility also presents the "east strong and weak in the west" trend, thus the country should strengthen technical alliance between high technology to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
