Abstract :
The paper introduced the importance of transmission error (TE) measurement in brief, designed the electrical diagram of worm gear transmission error measurement system based on field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) and USB2.0 transfer protocol. The system can achieve high-speed transmission of acquired data, and displayed real-time by the host computer program. At last, the paper introduced the accuracy test process of instrument.
