Abstract :
On the basis of studying the logical relationship between network capability and innovation performance, introducing the knowledge resources acquisition as intermediary variable and using structural equation modeling, the paper has tested the impact of enterprise network capability on knowledge resources acquisition and innovation performance. The results show that network capability of SMEs in Xinjiang, the underdeveloped region in China, has a significant impact on knowledge resources acquisition and innovation performance; Network capability has not only a direct impact on innovation performance but also an indirect impact through knowledge resources acquisition; At the same time, network capability positively correlates with explicit knowledge acquisition and tacit knowledge acquisition, and the impact of network capability on tacit knowledge acquisition is greater than that on explicit knowledge acquisition; In the four dimensions of network capability, relationship assistance has the greatest impact on tacit knowledge acquisition, while understanding of partners has the greatest impact on explicit knowledge acquisition.
