A Study on College Teachers´ Personal Knowledge Management

The highly developed globalization and new technology are leading us to the information era and bringing up many more requirements for the college teachers´ personal knowledge management. An effective management on the teacher´s knowledge is an important method to promote their growth and development. Based on the interpretation of the knowledge management and personal knowledge management, this paper analyses the contents of such kind of management, and strategies to improve the college teachers´ knowledge management are put forward.
