Abstract :
This paper established the index system of petroleum enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation on the basis of analyzing factors of petroleum enterprise knowledge management performance. And it comprehensively evaluated petroleum enterprise knowledge management performance with the analytic hierarchy theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. It can overcome the subjective defect of qualitative evaluation method and improve the management efficiency of petroleum enterprise.
