Abstract
A look-ahead difference PID control characteristic is that the differential is only carried out on an output variable, while not on a given value, therefore the output will not change when a given value changes. Compared with conventional PID control methods, differential-before-PI does better in a shortening overshoot. The introduction of look-ahead difference PID control not only realizes control requirements, but also makes good system stability, and can do better in fitting rectification process control.
