Incentive Mechanism and Countermeasures Research on Knowledge Sharing among Knowledge Alliance Members

Recent years, there are more and more organizations choose to join knowledge alliance to acquire knowledge that they needed. Based on the description and analysis of knowledge sharing among knowledge alliance, established the expected profit function of the core members and other relevant organizations, then transforms the symmetric and asymmetric information to the optimization model, finally discussed the design of incentive mechanisms through the model solution, and put forward some suggestions based on the findings.
