Abstract :
At present, there are many anti-counterfeiting technologies such as bar code, laser security mark, and digital watermarking to be utilized to protect the copyright and patent. Based on the Visual Cryptography Scheme (VCS), an interesting anti-counterfeiting method for identification of authorized edition mobile phone is proposed in this paper. This paper firstly gives a brief overview on VCS, especially on the classical VCS of (2, 2)-threshold, and then the proposed anti-counterfeiting method is described. At the end of this paper, the simulation results are given, which demonstrate that the proposed method based on VCS is quite feasible and promising.
