  • Abstract
    In this paper, I find that in the corporation governance literatures the research of corporation governance learning is a gap and that the corporate governance is as a learning process. I present the assumption of governance man and a learning theory of the corporation governance. The corporation governance learning is a force not to be ignored, sometime it determine the corporation success or failure, especially for the corporate governance in developing countries or in the non-leader companies in the development countries.
